Frontdesk Coordinator Required in Dubai

Our Customer Care team is growing and we’re currently looking to hire a Frontdesk Coordinator .

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Outlook and Word.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multi- tasking and time management skill with ability to prioritize task

Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.

Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer.

Basic knowledge in QuickBooks

Proven experience as billing clerk
