Front Office Receptionist Required in Dubai
We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Services Representative to join our team at SEVEN Gym.
SEVEN Gym is the luxury lifestyle facility with 36,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness, relaxation and well-being.
List of duties and responsibilities:
Welcome members and greet people who visit.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Calling leads and share information about memberships
Owning and maintaining a consistent pipeline, to exceed monthly sales targets
Maintaining records to provide transparency on all sales activities via the CRM
Passionately representing Seven Gym and resolving customer complaints
Focus of customer relationship and engagement by renewing existing members membership
Provide basic and accurate information about gym, its facilities and prices
Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
Maintaining and updating CRM system/database
Report any maintenance/system issues on the spot to the management
Perform other related duties as required
What You'll Need:
Education to degree level minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and similar software tools.
The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment, focus on excellence and customer service
Experience in a sales, especially in closing deals
Highly motivated with a “winner” to grow business
You are excellent at working in teams and are comfortable collaborating with the team across the company
Good communicator and excellent at driving solutions
Working in pressure situations with stretched targets and limited resources and coming up with smart ideas to solve problems.
Exceptional & Strong Negotiation skills
