What you do daily:

• Serve as the visitor's initial point of contact

• Deliver guidance and support over the phone and in person

• Provide secretarial assistance to the office manager and administrator, including keeping paperwork and filing

• Answer questions promptly and see that daily and weekly responsibilities are fulfilled

• Preparing, formatting and proof-reading documents

• Greeting and directing visitors

• Arranging meetings in-house and offsite

• Maintaining information on the CRM system

• Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the responsibilities of the post.

You have previous experience working as a receptionist and have learned how to provide exceptional customer service. You also have a nice demeanour both in person and on the phone. You can establish trusting relationships with our customers, and internal teams since you are personable, organized, and social. Dedicated and effective, with the capacity to manage a varied workload, but most importantly, your caring attitude serves as the foundation for everything you do to significantly improve the lives of others.

• Proven previous experience in an administrative role

• Knowledge of customers

• Understanding and sensitivity

• Superior verbal speaking abilities

• To be capable of performing simple tasks on a computer or portable device

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 7,000.00 – AED 10,000.00 per month.

Ability to commute/relocate to: Dubai, Barsha Height
