Front Desk Executive Required in Dubai

As a Front Desk Executive, you are expected to deliver outstanding customer service. Assists guests and team members as needed to keep the salon flowing smoothly, accurately and thoroughly.

Core Tasks

Manage the front desk, staff schedule, answer calls and emails, and book client appointments.
Maintain and manage inventory of products and items.
Handle petty cash and manage salon daily expenses.
Manage salon laundry and other collaterals.
Greet guests as they walk in and leave out.
Tell the appropriate technician their guest has arrived.
Inform guests when it is time to go back and get a shampoo, smock, etc.
Promote and sell services and products.
Coordinate all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to the manager and supplier or vendor, immediately.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership.
Ensure that the receiving area and front desk is clean.
Maintain salon appearance and cleanliness.
Coordinate with valet and ensure that clients get their cars on time.
Offer tea and coffee to guests / clients.
Monitor and update attendance of salon staff to HR and the Salon Management.

Has an eye for detail and highly organized with strong sense of prioritization.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage but not required).
Very good problem-solving skills.
Can work within a dynamic environment.
Multiskilled.
A positive and proactive person with the ability to innovate with new ideas as well as enthusiastic learner.
Experience/Skills

At least 2 years of experience.
Experience in administration / reception is a plus.
