Freelance Business Developer - Dubai
Safe Guardian Food Safety Solutions is seeking a motivated Freelance Business Developer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to help expand our footprint in the UAE and internationally. This hybrid freelance role focuses on building partnerships, generating qualified leads, and closing B2B opportunities in the food safety, training, and consulting space.
Role Overview:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across corporates, F&B groups, training centers, and other B2B channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to drive repeat business and long-term collaborations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM tools and digital platforms.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (at least 1–2 years) in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Familiarity with B2B sales, consulting, training services, or food/technology sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working independently on a commission-based freelance model and proactively driving results.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
