FP&A Finance Expert / AI Tutor - Dubai

About the Role:
Join an advanced GenAI research effort as an FP&A specialist who helps teach AI systems how to reason about finance. This contract role pairs domain expertise in financial planning & analysis with a passion for high-quality data annotation and model evaluation. You’ll work remotely with global researchers and subject-matter experts to make sure AI outputs meet professional FP&A standards.
What You’ll Do:
• Guide research teams by advising on finance logic so AI models produce accurate, practical FP&A outputs.
• Design gold-standard annotation frameworks that capture best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Create realistic FP&A tasks and model solutions that reflect complex, real-world business scenarios.
• Review and score AI outputs, providing actionable feedback to improve model reasoning and consistency.
• Collaborate with international SMEs to validate examples, edge cases, and domain rules.
What We’re Looking For:
• Located in the US, UK, or Canada and able to work remotely.
• Master’s or PhD in Finance (top-tier university preferred) or demonstrable equivalent expertise.
• Minimum 2 years’ FP&A experience, with hands-on exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Deep interest in AI and a commitment to precision, clarity, and teaching complex financial concepts.
• Strong communication skills for articulating nuanced feedback to research teams.
What We Offer:
• Compensation: $80–$100 per hour.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote and flexible hours within the contract scope.
• Duration: 18-week contract (20–40 hours per week), with potential for extension.
