We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop, ensure efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress
• Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays
• Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and handle any service-related issues
• Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers when needed
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Controller, or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of workshop safety regulations and procedures
