About the Role
Join Jade Ventures as a remote Financial Services Associate and help individuals and families make informed financial decisions. This role is ideal for people-focused individuals who want flexibility and the chance to build a client book while receiving training and mentorship. No prior financial industry experience is required, but candidates must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license.
Key Details
• Flexible scheduling: choose part-time or full-time hours.
• Fully remote role conducted via Zoom.
• Engagement type: 1099 independent contractor — commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
• Licensing: must obtain state Life & Health license; support and training offered.

Responsibilities
• Educate clients on retirement planning, rollovers, investments, life insurance, annuities, and college savings strategies.
• Guide clients through financial choices and help them implement plans that meet their goals.
• Participate in weekly virtual training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Build and maintain trusting client relationships through consistent follow-up and service.
• Track leads and client activity, and collaborate with the team on best practices.
Preferred Skills & Background
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or leadership is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with a performance-driven compensation model.
• Willingness to learn new systems and financial concepts.
Compensation
• Commission-only pay structure with no cap on earnings.
