Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. He/she must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Implement and drive the financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Budgets, and Forecasts

Analyze the budget variance and operations performance and provide the Management with a timely analysis with recommended and corrective action plans

·Review of cash and bank payments, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

· Prepare and publish performance reports and any other ad-hoc reports needed for business reviews

· Analyses of revenue projections, costs and compare trends

· Responsible for Cash Flow forecasts and ensure funding within Forecast for Concept including Territories

· Prepare a monthly financial performance presentation to internal stakeholders

· Prepare and present operational and capital expenditure budgets to the management

· Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modelling, proposing recommendations on planned future initiatives

· Develop detailed analysis for the budget to identify any potential risks or deviations concerns, ensuring compliance and alignment to Landmark group guidelines

· Support and deliver periodic management presentation to corporate and board

· Leading Ad hoc reporting

· Devise innovative and efficient ways of working, analyses and reporting

· Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide management with insights into any risks or opportunities

Requirements

Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform financial modelling and analyses
Effective communication and presentation skills with experience to deal effectively at all levels of an organization
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Solid awareness of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Ability to develop new processes and recommend improvement in existing processes
Excellent resources & people management and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks)
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
Cryptocurrency knowledge is must
