We’re on the lookout for a Techno-Functional Financial Business Analyst who’s passionate about streamlining systems, ensuring regulatory accuracy, and bridging the gap between Finance, IT, and Business teams
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with Finance, Tech, Ops & PMO teams during project rollouts, enhancements & CRs.
• Drive data accuracy, automation, and timely reporting for Regulatory, Financial & Management information.
• Lead and execute UAT for various finance-related applications and systems.
• Develop standardized templates, queries, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Be a go-to expert for issue resolution in systems like T24, ERP, OFSAA, PRIME, FMC, CPR.
• Support month-end, ad-hoc, and BAU reporting with a proactive, analytical approach.
• Raise red flags and suggest solutions before problems arise—be the voice of precision in finance!
You Bring:
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong techno-functional background with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL & MS SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Deep understanding of banking products, reporting frameworks & regulatory compliance.
• Ability to plan and execute UAT with minimal supervision.
• A solution-first mindset and collaborative attitude.
