Job Title: Finance Manager
Kalandoor Group, Dubai UAE is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UAE VAT and tax regulations, coupled with hands-on experience using Tally ERP software to efficiently manage financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
✔ Manage VAT compliance, filing, and tax reporting according to UAE regulations.
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP software.
✔ Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
✔ Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed.
✔ Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
✔ Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
✔ Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the UAE.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and tax laws and compliance procedures.
✔ Proficient in Tally ERP software for accounting and financial management.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
