Description:
We are hiring for Dubai Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the company.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, billing, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Work closely with senior management to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and software (SaaS-related systems preferred).
• Advise on the financial impact of business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist with fundraising, financial modeling, and investment activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certifications like CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum of 7years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2years in a managerial role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax regulations in the UAE.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
