Seventh Key Gateway Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a Finance Executive with mandatory experience in real estate development, focused on transactional finance and project-level accounting.
If you're detail-oriented and familiar with the financial workflows of real estate projects in the UAE, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales, leasing, and booking transactions
• Track client payments, PDCs, and project cash flows
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage escrow transactions
• Ensure VAT & AML compliance
• Prepare financial and collection reports, and support audits
• Coordinate with internal teams to align financial documentation with contracts
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate development (Required)
• Strong command of VAT, PDC tracking, and escrow regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
Preferable Experience:
• Off-plan sales, CRM-based accounting systems
• Familiarity with RERA, DLD, feasibility studies, and budget forecasting
• Experience in internal audit preparation and project cost analysis
