MCFT, established 28 years ago, provides commercial kitchen maintenance for high-end customers in the UK and the Middle East; we joke that we won’t work with customers unless we’ve heard of them - and it’s mostly true. We’re also highly regarded by all the key players in our multi-national supply chain.

As the business grows it requires a solid foundational infrastructure. The role of the Finance administrator will be to work alongside the finance team to perform day-to-day tasks and monthly duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Petty Cash Handling Payments of employees claims, other cash payments, etc.
Check supplier invoices and Check invoices with PO, delivery, etc.
Accounts Receivable follow up & Collections accounting
Checking issued Pro-forma and/or customers invoice with co-ordination with other departments
Arranging staff/courier for collection of cheques, sending invoices, etc.
Making entries into a system based on payments deposited / TT received from customers
Update accounts receivable, send Statements of accounts, and chase payment
Perform reconciliations
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Assist in month-end and year-end closing process and month-end task such as Bank Reconciliation Statement, Supplier reconciliation statement, accrual, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Must have knowledge in SAGE 50
Must have experience in account receivables follow-up and account payables
Must have UAE VAT Knowledge
Experience in MS Suite products
