We are seeking a fashion-oriented and customer-focused Fashion Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, provide personalized styling advice, and drive retail sales performance. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting fashion products, recommend suitable outfits and accessories, maintain attractive store displays, and promote the brand's image and product collections.Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized shopping assistance.
Recommend clothing, footwear, and accessories based on customer preferences, needs, and occasions.
Provide fashion styling advice, outfit coordination, and product recommendations.
Promote current collections, new arrivals, promotions, and brand offerings.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, returns, and complaints professionally.
Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and industry developments.
Support promotional activities, fashion events, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure a premium customer experience and maintain high standards of service.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, sales, or personal styling is an advantage.
Strong interest in fashion, styling, clothing coordination, and current fashion trends.
Good knowledge of fashion products, fabrics, accessories, and styling techniques.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
