Executive Assistant - Dubai
Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Arabic/Tagalog speaker)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive support for CEO in decision-making, scheduling, and operations
• Liaison between CEO and key internal/external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage legal and business documents
• Prepare board materials, executive reports, and presentations
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and high-level events
• Conduct research on legal, business, and regulatory topics
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 3–4 years in a C-level Executive Assistant or Secretary role
• Background in legal/business consultancy and UAE regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Highly organized, discreet, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
