Job Description: -

Responsible for selling corporate events and exhibitions for advertising and media background. Completing tasks relevant but not limited to confirming an event (proposal, site inspection, contracting, negotiating of rates and terms and conditions), handling client requests with relevant teams to secure conversion and ensuring post-event follow-up to confirm repeat business.

Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner and yielding the diary effectively for all mediums event enquiries.
Responsible for overseeing event planning and preparations intended for marketing and sales purposes.
Candidate should handle the contracts with suppliers and third-party vendors for equipment and materials to be used during the event.
Handle all of the customer service functions including answering phone calls and e-mails promptly, accurately and timely order entries, creating and running reports, and following orders.
Communicate daily with all sales representatives.
Need to be able to handle strong personalities and difficult customers with professionalism.
Prepare and execute proposals and contracts.
Should be able to achieve monthly sales target.
