Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and further planning meetings.
Booking venues and other services (Ex: catering, AV, Exhibitions)
Communicate with the suppliers.
Meeting with venue staff, caterers, etc. for planning
Communicating to clients any updates, concerns, and arranging details
Developing new sales opportunities.
Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales.
Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.
Tracking account targets.
Monitoring sales.
Hire, train and oversee staff
Qualifications:
4+ years of Event Management experience with agency background desirable.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to problem-solve.
Fluently in English.
