Estimator (Events & Turnkey Fit-Out) - Dubai

A reputable UAE-based Events and Turnkey Fit-Out company is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, assisting project managers with budgeting, and supporting the planning and execution of various fit-out and event projects. Accommodation and transportation will be provided as part of the package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project estimates, quotations, and cost analyses for fit-out and event projects
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain updated pricing information
• Assist project managers in monitoring budgets and generating financial reports
• Support project documentation and procurement planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in fit-out, events, exhibitions, or construction estimation
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluency in English; possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous
