Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at Science Xplorers. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in teaching English at both GCSE and IGCSE levels. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing students' progress effectively.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of GCSE and IGCSE students.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to foster students' critical thinking, communication skills, and literary analysis.
Utilize a variety of resources and materials to enhance learning experiences, including multimedia, literature, and digital tools.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve academic success and reach their full potential.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported in their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessment methods, and instructional best practices.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns or questions.
Stay informed about current trends and developments in English education, including changes to exam specifications and assessment criteria.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience teaching English at GCSE and/or IGCSE levels, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively plan and manage classroom activities.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support the overall success of the department and school community.
