Role Description

Prep Up Learning Centre is looking for a part-time, on-site English and Phonics Tutor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing English and phonics tutoring to children from various backgrounds, ages and abilities. The tutor will be responsible for creating lesson plans, preparing materials and providing feedback on progress to parents and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in English language or Education or related field
Proven experience providing high-quality English and Phonics tutoring for children from different backgrounds, ages, and abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and materials for students
Familiarity with a variety of learning styles and ability to adjust teaching approach accordingly
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals
Flexibility and willingness to work with evolving teaching methods and technologies
Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
