My work as erection engineer is to study the drawings and educate the site engineer and make markings to start the construction and based on that to erect the textile humidification and waste collection system (WCS) machineries and Chiller unit with Duct and Exhaust unit with automation Servo motors for dampers, using sensors for pump motor operation, Security switches for Air tight doors on the client factories. The erection work is carried out with civil, mechanical, electrical and duct teams. I am responsible solely for the erection and handling the all team members. The interesting part of my work was to handle both unskilled and high skilled labour. I was the bridge for coordinating my management and client management, to update the status of the work in progress and the arrangement of required resource (man and material) on time as planned schedule. I took leadership to ensure the works are held on time & to update the management on daily basis about the work in progress.
With best of my efforts, added with strong strengths of positively motivating & encouraging Team work, proactive planning & review approach, always supported the project Team & Organization, to complete the undertaken Projects efficiently & Successfully, well within scheduled timeline.
