Create fun daily workshop programs that are innovative/creative/engaging for Pre-schoolers as well as camps during school breaks

Ensure the workshops are engaging, non-repetitive, based on a new topic every time and in-line with current events and happenings in the city.

Ensure all materials are available for the workshops, restocking, and preparation of program materials and coordination with suppliers to ensure availability.

Apply early education theories to the workshops as well as learning methods like Montessori.

Ensure workshops are fulfilled to achieve customers retention, loyal and share their experience through positive word of mouth.

Have an honest and comprehensive understanding of DOODLE’s philosophy and developmental, pedagogical, and other learning objectives

Work as a team to ensure that the entire building (and each and every gallery/corner) within the premises is highly presentable (clean, tidy, supplies in proper place, well organized, properly maintained, etc)

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in early childhood development /education/fine arts

Experience working with young children (ages 1-10) in schools or after school programs

Competencies

Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

Positive energy; respectful of diversity; patient and empathetic; friendly; courteous; flexible

Interest and enthusiasm for working with children and families

Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors
