E-Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai
E-Customer Service Specialist is the main contact for e-shop customers; he/she will be fully taking care of the customer experience from the account creation, online purchasing process, to the customer satisfaction after the purchases. They work with stores’ E-Costumer Advisors in order to provide personalized shopping experiences. It is also crucial to continue to analyze customers’ concerns and experiences in order to improve the customer journey online.
Responsabilities
Group the responsibilities in macro Activity (i.e. People Management, Operations, etc.)
Be the first contact for clients and visitors of our Company web site
Deliver high level of customer experience in responding to customers’ requests by phone and emails
Support and assist the customer in all the possible issues he/she may have during the e-shopping experience:
Registrations and log in
Information points (price, product, payments, reimbursements, sizes, colors, ect..)
Issues during the navigation
Issues and support during the shopping experience
Serve as the face of the brand and prioritize building long-term relationships with clients
Monitoring the inventory and delivery status of the products
Working closely with our operations team to facilitate the order management and inventory management
Activate Company Security Check for customer accounts to ensure accuracy of the information and to avoid fraudulent activities
Work with Product Return Office to check the quality of the products sent by the offline store and coordinate the logistics
Daily basis communication with customers and other activities related to Customer Service for e-shop
Forward merchandising request to E-Customer Advisors based in stores in case the product is not available at the e-shop, in order to provide to the E-Customer an alternative or personalized shopping experience.
Monitor the Product Found process when a product is available and ensure e-customers are receiving the email notice and can smoothly complete the purchase
Support e-customers providing the Pay By Link services in case they need to pay by bank transfer
Skills and abilities required
Bachelor or Master
1 or 2 years experiences
Able to work in team
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and positive mindset
Ability to work with high level of stress
Multitasking
Sensibility to Luxury World
Pro-active mindset
Result oriented
Passion for Loro Piana products
Ability in Microsoft Package and other software (Hybris, ReD, ProJ, AS400) is a plus
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Capitalize on feedback shared by clients to discover areas of business opportunities and possible improvements while aligning with other internal teams
Fluent in English and Arabic
