E-Commerce Specialist Required in Dubai
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including Amazon, Deliveroo, Careem, Shopify, and WooCommerce. This role requires expertise in product listing, SEO optimization, order fulfillment, and customer service, along with the ability to meet sales targets and manage pressure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
• Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms (Amazon, Deliveroo, Careem, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Ensure all product details (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) are accurate and compelling..
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing, promotions, and strategies accordingly.
• Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions across platforms.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment across different marketplaces.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Handle return processes, refunds, and claims efficiently.
Customer Service & Performance Optimization:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure positive ratings and reviews by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform analytics to optimize performance.
• Manage KPIs, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Work under pressure to meet sales targets and operational deadlines.
Requirements:
• UAE experience is mandatory (minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations).
• Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central, Deliveroo, Careem, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other online platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and product ranking techniques.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent understanding of customer service best practices and dispute resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, analytics dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
