Driver Required in Dubai

The VIP driver is a multi-faceted position entailing several skill sets, primarily you will be a diver for senior management of the company. You will chauffer the management to and from meetings and engagements across various locations and be on call as required for transport. Aside from these duties you will be required as needed to handle both company and private business that will require the utmost confidentiality. These duties involve but not be limited to, document transport, representing the management on small tasks.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

v Chauffeuring the company vehicle for both passengers and non-passenger deliveries

v Abide by all UAE traffic laws

v Must be capable of a flexible schedule including both day and night work as required

v Understand UAE Security requirements

v Carry a valid UAE Driver’s license and a history of low or nil traffic violations

v Maintain the companies’ cars by performing regular cleaning, checks, scheduling for servicing and maintenance as required

v Ensure that the vehicle is always clean both the inside and outside

v Ensure the vehicle is stocked as required with refreshments, magazines, or other physical requirements

v Always ensuring the highest level of customer service when dealing with company employees, suppliers and/ clients

v Microsoft Office literacy and ability to manage Microsoft outlook

v Be organized across all facets of the position to ensure timely attendance for pick up and drop off

v Ensure the highest level of security for both the guests within the vehicle or the documents being transported

v Maintain a level of trust within the company to handle sensitive information, valuable or cash

v To be reliable in the face of emergency situations

v Dress professionally and maintain a high standard of personal presentation

Professional Requirements:

v Valid U.A.E. light vehicle driving license

v Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving a VIP chauffer service

v Fluent in spoken and written English as a minimum

v Any other languages seen as a positive

v Knowledge of UAE Road and Traffic Laws

v Clear Driving records

v Able to work extended hours on occasions when required

v Customer Service focused

v Great time management and organization skills

v Physically fit

Additional to the above-mentioned requirements, an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand.
