Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO) - Dubai

Neighborly® is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist focused on organic SEO to join the Online Results team supporting Real Property Management. You’ll help shape and execute SEO and content strategies that connect customers with local service experts, while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze site and campaign performance data to prioritize SEO initiatives and measure impact.
• Troubleshoot technical website and platform issues and coordinate with internal teams, digital marketing colleagues, business coaches, and external vendors to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with teammates to ideate platform usage, enrollment tactics for franchise owners, and pricing approaches that increase participation in the Online Results program.
• Research digital platforms and tools used by the marketing team and assist with rollout and training for franchise owners.
• Enforce brand standards and Neighborly digital marketing policies across channels.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned to support team goals.
Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in search engine marketing, with a strong focus on organic search and content/social creation.
• Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker), SEMrush, Sitebulb, or comparable platforms.
• Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable SEO plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to train or support franchise partners.
• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in content/digital marketing or related discipline.
