We require a marketing associate to assist in executing the company’s digital/performance marketing activities across the entire network using various channels and tools to optimize revenue and enhance the traffic on the website ensuring investments on media and productivity are in line with agreed budget, set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the formulation, planning & monitoring of strategies to build a lasting digital connection on social media including Facebook and Instagram, google my business and Linkedin.
• Executes/monitors digital marketing campaigns and advertisements for SimplySolved services using various channels such as (Google Ads, Display Ads, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Retargeting, Videos, social media etc.)
• Able to manage the company website on Wordpress. Edit content, upload blog etc.
• Aware of Google Adwords PPC, GDN, Remarketing, FB & LinkedIn Ads.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitors the day-to-day performance of SEM (Searching Engine Marketing) campaigns; ensuring that business objectives are met.
• Proposes and develops new initiatives and plans to increase traffic on website, improve conversion rates, CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and increase online sales and revenue.
• Manage and design email marketing campaigns.
• Reviewing and providing quality analytics of all online marketing campaigns.
• Performs any additional duties as directed by the line manager.

Ideally you should have:

• Professional Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or Relevant Field.
• 2+ years of extensive experience executing online or digital/ performance marketing campaigns,
• Experience in handling digital/performance marketing channels like Google Ads, FB/IG, , LinkedIN,Display etc.
• Hands on Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Google Data Studio.
• Aware of Google Adwords PPC, GDN, Remarketing, FB & LinkedIn Ads.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and $%&
• Experience in Google advertising and other paid online advertisements.
• Proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels (i.e. both offline as well as digital.
• Proven skills in analyzing data from various analytics tools, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Sound knowledge of drafting creative briefs, campaign development, implementation and measurement.
• Capability to understand market trends and channelling them leading to effective customer retention revenue solutions.
