Hiring Design Manager – High-Rise Towers | Dubai, Uae
A prestigious Architecture & Engineering firm is seeking a seasoned Design Manager to lead the design and coordination of iconic high-rise towers in Dubai. This role is key to delivering large-scale vertical developments with technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and design leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams for high-rise residential, commercial & mixed-use towers
• Oversee the full design process from concept to IFC documentation
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA & Civil Defence regulations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors for seamless design execution
• Conduct technical reviews on vertical circulation, fire safety, façade systems, and MEP
• Manage design timelines, team resources & project milestones
• Promote sustainable, constructible, and value-engineered design strategies
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on high-rise design challenges

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in architectural/engineering design
• 5+ years managing high-rise buildings in the UAE or GCC
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Structural, or MEP)
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes & authority approval processes
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM tools
• Excellent leadership, communication & coordination skills
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary: AED 35,000 – 45,000/month (based on experience)
