What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Enter, update, and verify Patient Referral Data into various systems
• Review and ensure the accuracy of data entered into the database
• Process faxes in a timely and efficient manner
• Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
• Communicate effectively with Center employees to gather additional information as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/data entry, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry (9,000+ KSPH)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, and team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Continuing education beyond a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
