Customs & Clearance Executive - Dubai

About the Company:
Better Grow General Trading LLC is a dynamic trading company based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customs & Clearance Executive to manage import/export operations efficiently and ensure compliance with all UAE customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare, review, and verify import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and necessary permits.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including payment processing for duties and supplier invoices.
• Assist with HS code classification and obtaining required government permits.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in UAE customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in customs clearance, logistics, or import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and trade compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
