Job Brief:

We are looking for a Customer service specialist. A candidate to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Includes and doesn’t restrict to:

- Customer support (calling and contacting customers and companies)

- Prepare online orders.

- Other tasks that may be requested by the administrator.

Requirements:

- 2 years experience in Customer support or telesales marketing.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and phone systems is a plus

- Cosmetics experience is a plus.

- Strong follow-up, and decision-making skills.

- Perfect English accent. (Arabic speaker is a plus)

- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with customers.

Working hours:

9 Hours a day, 6 Days a week
Location: Dubai (Required)

Salary:

From AED 3,000.00 to 5,000.00 per month.
