Customer Support Manager Required in Dubai

For UAE Customers and a selection of customers in the Middle-East region, you will have the following roles and responsibilities.

Manage customer portfolio, render an efficient service to customer requests and respond to all customer queries within a reasonable time.
Responsible for customer satisfaction.
Liaising with the respective stakeholders in Airbus Helicopters France, Deutschland and Customer Centres in order to execute support and services and to build Support & Services offers.
Acquire a deep knowledge of your customers through regular contacts and trustee relationships.
Deep knowledge of customers’ procurement and support processes.
Ensure customers fidelity and to be the voice of customers internally.
Ensuring customers are advised of extensions in the scope of work (additional work/spares) and that customer written acceptance is duly received.
Ensuring Airbus CRM tool is populated with relevant helicopter and customer information, queries and complaints.
Responsible for Marketing Airbus Helicopters customer support services.
Ensuring compliance with relevant Airbus processes and procedures : quality, export control regulations and ethics and compliances

Skills & Competencies

Excellent capabilities in Customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
Displays emotional resilience and the ability to withstand pressure on an on-going basis.
Uses sound judgement to make good decisions based on information gathered and analysed.
Analyses problems by gathering and organising all relevant information.
Plans and organises tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in basic computer tools MS, SAP etc…

Language Skills

French: fluent
English: advanced

Regular business trips are required (around 40% of the time) :

Within Middle-East to visit Customers
To France and Germany for meeting with Airbus helicopters Deutschland Support services.
