Customer Support Executive Required in Dubai
Responsibilities
Implements and supervises a system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system.
Manages the Revenue Cycle process, such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
Reviews any applications with financial issues.
Manages efficiently patient complaints with regards to billing, collections and customer service.
Plans and structures the department workflow and staffing.
Administers correctly the coding diagnoses, procedures & services.
Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information.
Resolves problems related to the service or customers by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Welcomes & registers patients and completes necessary registration and takes signed consent forms.
Enters correct health plan in the system and accordingly verify the insurance card validity & eligibility for insured patients.
Communicates with the patients on the updates or changes of their insurance acceptance and their co-payment share with non-covered payment policies.
Enters the insurance card information in HIS using right entry format for each card. Updates/ reviews insurance information at each visit as per the current insurance status ensuring data is error free.
Coordinates regularly with insurance companies.
Books / reschedules - follow-up/ repeat/ referral appointments for patients.
Verifies the treatment done in the patient visit and calculates the co-payment, non-covered items, labs charges to generate invoices.
Collects payment via cash or credit card and closes the daily collection reports.
Manages inbound and outbound calls when needed.
Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and files documents.
Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Handles changes in policies or renewals.
Works with C37 manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related field
Experience
Minimum Three (3) years of experience in hospital/medical center in the UAE
