We are looking for an experienced Customer Support representatives to set up and expand our customer support operations.

Must be a UAE Resident

Main tasks and responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries
Processing customer requests in a timely manner by coordinating with different departments
Ensure customers satisfaction through providing quality support and service
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly follow up with existing accounts to ensure they are funded.
Find prospects and potential leads through social media channels

Education and Experience

University degree in business or related filed
Fresh graduate or Minimum of 1 year of experience in an FX Sales position within a brokerage or bank

Technical Requirements

Excellent English news writing skills (reporting and editing)
Languages: Arabic and English (mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate, ambitious, professional with a positive attitude
Knowledge of financial services products, fintech and derivatives industries is a plus
