Customer Success Manager Required in Dubai
The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills, possess sales and marketing competence and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
Responsibilities
Own overall relationship with clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all clients
Aid clients in achieving their goals
Sales focus: (1) Achieve company sales objectives by setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts. (2) Optimize Customer Service productivity through KPI setting and working closely with the team.
Marketing focus: (1) Develop and implement promotional ideas and internal events to ensure freshness in the studio and promote client retention. (2) Investigate opportunities for external events and coordinate involvement in such events. (3) Manage/work closely with Social Media coordinator in the design of social media and other marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success, sales and marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Experience of customer service within the UAE regarded highly
Direct Reports
5 Customer Service Advisors
3 Support & cleaning staff
Additional Details
Full-time with work permit & residency (if needed)
Monthly salary: AED12-15K (depending on experience & qualifications)
