We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to join our amazing Customer Success team as we expand to new markets and territories.
You’ll spend time on the following:
Build and maintain client relationships and ensure delivery of the best quality of service.
Serve as a point of contact for all account management matters.
Ensure the correct and effective implementation of services to clients.
Support clients’ HR managers in making their workplace a place of well-being and learning.
Provide any additional resources to clients as needed.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and grow opportunities within the target market.
Upsell Plumm’s products and services to existing clients.
Assist the Wellbeing team on workshops for clients’ employees and managers
Provide feedback from clients to the Wellbeing department.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players.
Engage and network with existing clients and prospects via social media.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products & services.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
Have 3 to 4 years of proven experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, Client Retention, or related B2B Sales role.
Have strong interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships with clients.
Have excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to communicate with a range of people (in English & Arabic).
Have excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to work.
Have decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
Have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Are able to think out of the box, stay motivated, and prioritize workloads.
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Have a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in the Tech, Health Tech, or Mental Health Tech industry.
Have public speaking, teaching, and data analytical skills.
