Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai
Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail in timely and accurate manner.
Manage large amount of customer calls and offer exceptional 5 stars’ customer service (around 120 calls / day).
Conduct appointment confirmation emails and Customer Service Calls.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and following the company communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Develop and maintain in-depth product and service knowledge.
Inform inactive/ one-time customers about special offers and promotions.
Provide a detailed insight into customer’s root cause for discontinuing company’s services.
Clarify and handle customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken.
Keep and analyse records of customer interactions/ complaints/ Feedbacks and suggestions to ensure a satisfying customer service experience.
Attract potential customers by answering their queries and suggesting information about other products and services.
Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
Escalate unresolved customer requests and complaints to the designated department for further investigation.
Communicate customer feedback to the marketing team to develop processes for better serving customers.
Compile reports and surveys on overall customer satisfaction.
Update customer information in the customer service system during and after each interaction.
Contribute to the team effort and to the company Vision, Mission and Values by accomplishing aligned results.
Generate and Drive sales goals to achieve monthly targets.
Remain updated on all products and services that the company offers, to cater to customers’ queries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relative field
Min. 2 years of experience as Customer Service Specialist
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English; Arabic is a Plus
