Customer Service Required in Dubai

We are looking for a customer service representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and new potential customers.

Requirements:

*ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NOTICE DAYS

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

- Knowledge about blockchain is a MUST

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

-Familiar with computer and online customer service skill

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

- Seize opportunities to guide customers through the product knowledge

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

- Keep records of all conversations.
