•He or she should have experience working in any voice and chat process.
•Qualified candidates should be comfortable in a multi-tasking Voice Calls, Live Chat, and e-Mails in aggressive working environment.
•1 to 4 years of experience in call center experience in Inbound/Outbound customer calling and support
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
•Action oriented and self-disciplined.
•Willing to work in different Time Zone.
•Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
•Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
•They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
•Initially Willing to Commute by self
