Customer Service Manager Required in Dubai
Like Home by Dar alzain vacation homes is searching for a customer service manager.
Responsibilities:
Provides personalized customer service of the highest level and ensures full customer satisfaction by resolving issues expeditiously.
Provide efficient and excellent customer service support to our users via phone & email
Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries/complaints of the current Owners & Guests.
Understand Owners & Guests needs and convert constructive feedback to the management.
Assist in troubleshooting daily operations with the operations team
Updates the existing company database with contact information and status of each guest.
Updates the existing guest database with contact information and status of each guest and records in company database.
Ability to treat guests with respect under all circumstances.
Performing additional duties where needed.
Requirements
Diploma and above in any discipline.
Proficient in Arabic & English (verbal and written)
Min 3 years of experience & passion in customer service in UAE.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills including spreadsheets.
Ability and passion for talking to property owners and guests to drive for satisfaction.
Ability to stay positive, flexible, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
