A leading multinational company is seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Logistics Executive for their Jebel Ali office.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.

- Interact with customers, responding to their queries and guiding them to appropriate services.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to customers.

- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time.

-Staying informed about product and service information updates.

-Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.

-Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience

- Experience in the logistics industry (preferred)

- Ability to work under pressure

- Fluent in French and/or Arabic (highly preferred)
