SUMMARY
Responsible for the processing sales order from the point of order through to delivery in addition to various administrative responsibilities that contribute to the day to day operations of Fendercare Middle East LLC
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up Navigators, check and process orders raised in the navigators
• Review orders received against quotes forwarded by sales and confirm that T&C have been agreed
• Raising job cards/request notes and forwarding them to the yard for stock items
• Raising PO activities and following up on the status of forward orders
• Raising ICO’s for movement of stock between bases
• Raising company based paperwork including hire agreements, pro-forma invoices, order acknowledgments to facilitate operation
• Arranging for local deliveries and purchases –keeping cost control in mind (consolidating pickups and deliveries wherever possible)
• Liaise with customers on delivery specifications, packing specifications etc.
• Arrange shipping/transport as and when required in cost-effective manner
• Prepare receipt vouchers and arrange for cheque collection as and when requested
• Produce a range of delivery documentation including delivery notes , certificates , gate pass requests
• Raising invoices, credit notes, attaching in CRM and forwarding to admin/accounts for dispatch
• Attaching relevant documents to CRM
• Coordinate with bases on the movement of stock for appropriate EF ‘s
• Prepare all requisite shipping documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, COO
• Maintain and update certificate files
• Checking WIP reports and coordinating with the team during mid-month and month-end
• Scanning Job cards and dispatch notes to the relevant EF number.
• Receipting in Purchase orders on signed confirmation from yard manager – Attaching to the relevant EF and attached to the Goods in log.
• Maintaining and updating the hire fleet (hired and off-hired fenders).
• Fender net cage creation in SAGE.
• Assist in stock-taking.

• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Computer literate with experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage daily activities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment
