One of the leading Medical Devices companies is actively recruiting a Customer Service Lead to be based in Dubai, UAE

Key aspects of the role include:

Providing leadership to the Customer Service team, ensuring the team deliver high quality customer service to all stakeholders
Provide an effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of supply chain and customer service
Working with other departments (Sales, QRC and Finance, and related)
Respond to customers enquiries
Supporting the team in resolving customer issues

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Experience in Order to Cash handling
Strong knowledge on SAP, Incoterms, Letter of Credit, MS Office
ERP systems (experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Tally is advantageous)
Must have team management experience.
Experienced in Hiring, Firing, Performance, and growing a team.
Fluent in English and Arabic
