Customer Service Executive Required in Dubai
One of our Oil Storage Terminal clients is hiring for a Customer Service Executive in Fujairah, UAE. He/she will be responsible for day to day product operations between customers; operations team; vessel agents and cargo surveyors with the aim of seamless and uninterrupted operations activities. The CSO will check executed operations ensuring correct billing and generates invoices for customers. Daily communication with finance department takes place on received customer payments related to all the terminal activities including but not limited to product receipt, storage, blending, and quality control, re delivery of product.
Job tasks:
Ensure Customer orders are entered correctly in software systems ensuring all customers instructions can be executed by the Operations team.
For generation invoices to customers and daily follow up with finance department on received customer payments related to all the terminal operational activities.
To guide and where applicable to assist the Operations Supervisor for the necessary documentation, letter, protests, outturns, Loading documents like BL, manifest, etc. connected with the loading and discharge.
Maintain a high level of emergency preparedness and assist the line manager in conducting mock drills periodically.
Maintaining the required quality records.
Preferred Qualification/Criteria
Technical Qualification/ Diploma in engineering/ Higher secondary Education.
Competent with all Terminal operational and safety procedures.
Knowledge of invoicing related to terminal activities
