Role Requirements:
Provide resolution to customer queries in Arabic - over email, calls or chat or any other channels that the company makes use of
Identify and handle customer requests completely and accurately
Test and maintain Arabic loyalty app. Ensure that brand standards are met and there is consistency between English and Arabic versions of the app
Create and update CRM reports weekly
Understand campaign journeys and be adept at marketing automation
Skills:
Good command over written and spoken Arabic and English
Adept at using marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Insider, Braze, or the like
Have a basic understanding of CRM and loyalty programs. Having worked in loyalty teams is a plus
