Customer Service Executive – Health & Wellness - Dubai
We are seeking a warm, professional Customer Service Executive to join our health and wellness centre in Dubai. You will be the initial point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the centre’s day-to-day front-desk and sales activities.
Working Hours:
• 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, six days a week.
Start Date:
• Immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients courteously and provide a professional reception experience.
• Support the sales team by introducing and upselling services, packages, and promotions.
• Keep the front-desk area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with therapists, technicians, and management to ensure smooth session flow and client satisfaction.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks to support bookings and daily operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience — preferably in wellness, beauty, aesthetics, or clinical settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Presentable appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain organised in a busy environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
