Attending front desk.

Keeping record, Filling & keep track on License due dates.
Attending all customer’s requests and inquiries via Phone, mail, etc.
Execute secretarial duties and data entries in the system.
Generate and follow up on supplier purchase orders.
Preparing Invoices for stock transfer from Medysinal ( ATCC Items ) to Pharmatrade.
Releasing ATCC on hand for delivery to Customers
Preparing quotation.
Receive customer complaints and forward it to concerned department.
Assist in releasing some BD items in co-ordination with BD team in Pharmatrade.
Preparing Purchase orders for consumable & raw materials used by production team in Pharmatrade.
Generating new codes for new products.
In-charge for Gate pass application ( Goods and Person ) inside JAFZA.
In-charge of getting necessary online attestation from Chamber of commerce .
Arranging & co-ordination with concerned parties with regards to Maintenance, Pest Control, Firefighting system, etc.
Replacing the customer service supervisor on all his duties and responsibilities while he is on leave.
