Qualification
- Preferably someone with hospitality and customer service experience.
- Able to function effectively under stressful situations and maintain a positive, appropriate demeanor
- With a driving license
- Preferably with own car
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office software

Responsibilities
- Works with Hospitality Team in identifying accounts for customer service visits.
- Ensures product quality and great customer service.
- Investigates complaints to determine root cause and identify resolution
- Writes after-visit/customer service report - issues encountered, proposed solution/advise.
- Home deliveries and customer visits.
