Customer Service Advisor Required in Dubai

Our client, a well known online luxury fashion brand is looking for Customer Service Advisors for their contact center (CC) operations in the UAE.

The candidate will be accountable to provide the highest standards of customer service through the provision of a telephone services to existing and potential customers.

# Work from home

# 5 days a week

# Rotational shifts

# AED 5000 - 6000 pm

Mandatory requirements -

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales / customer service experience, preferably telephonic within retail / fashion brands.

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic (Khaliji) & English language.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
